Free cancellation period:
up to 30 days before the day of arrival; after that we have to charge a statutory cancellation fee of 80% of the total booking price, unless the booked room can be rented to someone else (when booking more than one room, the free cancellation period is up to 60 days before the day of arrival).
In the case of short-term cancellations during the stay due to early departure and no-shows, the cancellation fee is 100%.
We recommend the inexpensive travel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherungs AG (Tel. 089-4166-1766; www.ERV.de).
No prepayments or deposits are required for your booking. Payment can also be made on the day of departure (cash or by card)
For all of our offer prices, the municipal spa fee must be added:
-- for adults (from 16 years): 3.00 Euro per person per night/
-- for young people (6-15 years): 1.50 euros per person per night.
-- for children (0 to 5 years): free of resort tax.
We favor direct inquiries by phone, post, email for mutual cost reasons - even without credit card details.
In addition, we can also be booked online with various commissionable booking portals (HRS, Hotel.de, booking.com), if activated.
